Ground-up homes on land you already own. We work with a local draftsperson or your architect, then handle every phase: site prep, foundation, framing, envelope, mechanicals, interior finish, walkthrough.
We take on one or two of these a year, max. That's how we keep the standard. If you're planning a build and we're not booked, expect a long, careful conversation up front about what you're trying to make — and a direct answer about whether we're the right people for it.
