What a Bear Creek project looks like.
Additions are framing-heavy projects where the new work has to read as if the original house was always meant to look that way. That's as much a roofline and siding question as it is an interior layout one.
We work from your draftsperson's set or our own field-drawn plans, pull permits, and handle the foundation, framing, envelope, mechanicals, and finish in-house. Subs only for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC — same three guys every job.
