The Scope
What a Bear Creek project looks like.
Decks are the project we get the most repeat work on. Trex composite is our default — it costs more up front and pays you back the first year you don't have to re-stain. Cedar or cypress for the traditional builds where the look matters more than the maintenance.
Three-season rooms, screened porches, pergolas, and wraparound porches are all in this category. Footings get inspected; pressure-treated framing throughout; hidden fasteners on Trex; stainless on cedar.

Honest About
What We Don't Do
- — Pressure-treated decking (it doesn't last in this climate)
- — Hot tub electrical (we'll coordinate with an electrician)
- — Pool decks adjacent to in-ground pools
If we're not the right fit for your job, we'll tell you in the first call and point you somewhere good.
